Patent New Product: Huakai Four-Claw Rope, A Safer Cable Pulling Tool
Qingdao Huakai Marine Technology Co., Ltd. (Hailiya Group) produces the Four-Claw Rope. Made from materials such as aramid fiber and Vectran, its structure features a reinforced loop eye from which four ropes extend. The reinforced loop eye is coated with saturated polyurethane, enhancing abrasion resistance and thereby extending its service life. This rope has a patent pending.
Huakai Marine Technology's Four-Claw Rope serves as a gripping tool for pulling and holding, providing permanent or temporary emergency solutions. It is primarily used for the deployment and recovery of various cables in above-ground and underground electrical power construction work. It can be quickly applied to cables with a wide range of diameters without requiring specialized tools. It features corrosion resistance, good dielectric properties, and is compact and lightweight. During installation, it maintains flexibility and causes less surface damage to cables compared to other types. The strength of Huakai Marine Technology's Four-Claw Rope is significantly higher than that of metal wire mesh, and unlike wire mesh, it does not form dangerous hooks, enabling safer handling of cables.

Huakai's Four-Claw Rope can be used in the middle or at the ends of cables as a temporary or permanent loop eye.
Optional features include a polyurethane coating for the Four-Claw Rope, which can extend its service life, particularly noticeable in active pulling applications. We refer to this as "Marine Treatment". We can also extend the tail rope to accommodate thicker cables. Hardware such as stainless steel tubes can be added to the loop eye to enhance performance.
The Four-Claw Rope can be custom-sized based on the expected load, rather than the thickness of the cable.
