A week of intensive skill-building and cross-departmental collaboration strengthens Jiaolong’s emergency response capabilities
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – From March 30 to April 5, 2026, a high-level delegation from Jiaolong conducted the exclusive Jiaolong PRAC Coach Training in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The week-long program brought together key personnel from multiple divisions to enhance professional rescue coaching standards and foster international readiness.
The team was led by Mr. Huang, General Manager of Jiaolong, and comprised Xie Dan (Technology Center), Wang Jie (Emergency Company), rescue specialists Wang Wenhao, Wang Yingjie, Zhang Jingjie, Fu Xiao, Jiang Rui from Jiaolong Rescue Team, and Jiang Tao (Import & Export Department). This cross-functional composition underscored Jiaolong’s holistic approach – integrating technical innovation, field rescue expertise, operational command, and global logistics into a unified training system.
PRAC (Professional Rescue and Coaching) is an advanced instructor certification developed by Jiaolong to elevate training quality for high-risk environments. The Kuala Lumpur session focused on equipping senior rescuers with modern coaching methodologies, scenario-based instruction techniques, and international safety protocols. Over five full days, participants engaged in simulated urban rescue drills, jungle navigation exercises, medical first-response workshops, and coach-the-leader modules. Malaysia’s tropical climate and diverse terrain provided an ideal backdrop for testing endurance, adaptability, and cross-cultural teamwork.
In his opening address, Mr. Huang emphasized the strategic importance of the program: “As Jiaolong expands its footprint in Southeast Asia and beyond, having a standardized, world-class coaching system is no longer optional – it is essential. This training ensures that our instructors not only master technical skills but also excel at transferring knowledge under pressure.”
Real-time analytics helped coaches pinpoint performance gaps instantly – a breakthrough for precision training,” he said. Meanwhile, Wang Jie of the Emergency Company highlighted the value of joint drills with local Malaysian volunteers, which strengthened cross-border coordination protocols.
For the rescue team members, the certification marked a personal and professional milestone. Wang Wenhao, a senior instructor candidate, commented: “The PRAC framework challenges us to think like educators, not just operators. We learned how to deconstruct complex rescues into teachable steps – a skill that will directly improve our team’s safety and efficiency.” Jiang Tao from Import & Export Department added that the training also opened dialogues on equipment standardization, paving the way for smoother procurement and deployment of rescue gear across international missions.
The program concluded with a rigorous assessment, after which all eight participants received provisional PRAC Coach credentials. A graduation ceremony was held on the evening of April 5, attended by representatives from the Malaysian Civil Defence Force and local NGO rescue networks.
Looking ahead, Jiaolong plans to roll out PRAC coaching hubs in three more ASEAN countries by 2027. “This Kuala Lumpur session is just the beginning,” Mr. Huang stated. “We are building a legacy of excellence – one coach, one rescue, one life at a time.”
