1922
Autumn: Duan Juchuan, Chairman of Jinan Xiejucheng Department Store, went to Qingdao to prepare for the establishment of Xiecheng Lace Factory.
1933
Autumn: "Xiecheng" defeated competitors successively, with its products spreading across several provinces north of the Yangtze River and dominating the Longhai Railway area, earning the title "Number One North of the Yangtze."
1956
April: "Xiecheng" achieved joint state-private ownership.
1967
February: The company was renamed Dongfanghong Webbing Factory.
1977
October: The company was renamed State-Owned Qingdao Lace Factory.

June 27: The company's marine special ropes assisted the "Jiaolong" manned submersible in achieving a dive depth of 7,062 meters, signifying that the company's special ropes reached international advanced levels, replacing imported products.
October 27: CCTV-1's "News Broadcast" program reported on the company's development of marine special ropes and its contribution to boosting the blue economy.
October 12: The Shandong Provincial Standard Design Atlas "Design Selection and Installation of Escape Descent Devices" compiled by the company was promulgated and implemented.
2013
August 13: Registered and established Qingdao Huakai Ocean Technology Co., Ltd.
2014
April: The company became the safety and emergency product supplier for the "2014 Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition."
July 8: Registered and established Qingdao Haili Group Co., Ltd.
August 2: The company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with the 508th Research Institute of the China Academy of Space Technology (CAST).
2015
March 24: Qingdao Huakai Ocean Technology Co., Ltd.,Relying on good credibility and strong technology, became the first domestic supplier of rescue ropes for the National Earthquake Emergency Rescue Training Base of China Earthquake Administration's Emergency Search and Rescue Center.
June 8: The company led 25 enterprises, research institutions, and universities in the domestic emergency self-rescue industry field to jointly establish the "Qingdao Technological Innovation Strategic Alliance for the Emergency Self-Rescue Industry" in Qingdao.
September 10: The Shandong Provincial Local Standard "Configuration of Fire Safety Emergency Kits for Civil Buildings" compiled by the company was promulgated and implemented (Standard No.: DB37/T2686-2015).
September 23: Authorized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs' Emergency Rescue Promotion Center and the Emergency Rescue Vocational Skills Appraisal Center, Haili Emergency Safety Management Consulting Co., Ltd. became the National Emergency Rescuer (Qingdao) Training Station.
2016
May: Domestically pioneered the "Mobile Safety Emergency Experience Hall."
July 6: The company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with UK TTI and Qingdao University for the R&D and application of special ropes.
August 23: During a national 10,000-meter abyssal scientific expedition, the company's "Jiaolong" mooring ropes supporting domestic ocean bottom seismometers reached a working depth exceeding 7,000 meters for the first time, with a maximum working depth of 7,731 meters.
2017
January 2: The company's self-developed and produced "Jiaolong" brand umbilical cables assisted China's comprehensive marine research vessel "Kexue" in successfully solving the world problem of wired real-time data transmission from deep-sea submerged buoys.
May: That year, the rope project was awarded the "CHAS High-Tech Industrialization Award" by the China High-Tech Industrialization Research Association.
June 12: Registered and established Beijing Yihe Haili Emergency Safety Technology Service Co., Ltd. Concurrently, undertook a large emergency safety training project for 5 million people under Beijing's public fire safety training plan.
July 11: The company and the Qingdao Red Cross Society established the nation's first First Responder Incentive Fund.
August 28: Registered and established the Shandong non-enterprise unit -- Shandong Haili Emergency Safety Training Center.
2018
January 6: The Qingdao Household Safety Emergency Drill Training Base, operated by Qingdao Haili Emergency Safety Management Consulting Co., Ltd., officially opened.
January 15: The inaugural and first member meeting of the Qingdao Emergency Management Association was held. The meeting elected Zhang Xuming, Chairman of Hailiya Group, as the first president.
June 1: The National Standard "General Technical Requirements for Urban Emergency Shelters" participated in by the company was officially implemented.
July 11: Dynamic and static ropes produced by Huakai Ocean Technology Co., Ltd. obtained UIAA certification, making the company the first in China to achieve both CE and UIAA certifications.
October 26: The Qingdao West Coast New Area Emergency Safety Experience Education Base, funded, designed, constructed, and operated by the company, began trial operation, welcoming over 700 students on its first day.
2019
July 20: The group's "Haili Anxin" (Haili Safety) emergency brand was selected as one of Qingdao's 42 famous brands and featured on mainstream media including CCTV.
July 15: The group, together with Shandong University of Science and Technology and the Qingdao Emergency Management Bureau, established the "Safety and Emergency Management College," the first emergency management college in Shandong Province with a complete talent training system for bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees.
2020
February: The nation's first "Anquangou Emergency Safety Equipment Trading Platform," jointly developed by the company and the Qingdao Emergency Management Association, began trial operation.
April 1: The National Standard "Public Safety Drill Guide" participated in by the company was officially implemented.
June 24: The group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Qingdao Emergency Management Bureau to jointly construct the Qingdao Emergency Safety Cultural Industry Park project.
September 1: The National Standard "Service Specification for Safety Education for Primary and Secondary School Students" participated in by the company was officially implemented.
2021
January: Developed the "Jiaolong" rope rescue system, integrating emergency rescue equipment configuration, skills enhancement training, and realistic simulation training facility design and construction.
March: The Qingdao Emergency Safety Cultural Industry Park was fully completed and put into use.
May 12: During the successful landing of China's "Tianwen-1" probe on the pre-selected landing area in the southern part of Utopia Planitia on Mars, Haili Group made two major contributions: 1) Providing landing parachute rope connection technology; and 2) Developing and providing special elastic ropes for the lander's impact resistance tests. Both tasks served and were applied in the most core and critical phases of the probe's landing process after entering the Martian atmosphere.
That year, in August, provided training for 96 key rope rescue personnel from 16 prefecture-level cities across the province.
