Maintenance and Use of Ropes
Precautions for Rope Usage
(1) Try to avoid scraping or stepping on the rope. Areas subject to long-term friction should be protected with a sheath.
(2) After use, rinse with clean water to prevent sand and other foreign particles from entering the rope's interior.
(3) If the rope is severely damaged or has been subjected to a significant impact force (exceeding twice the rated load), it should be taken out of service.
(4) When storing, coil or wind the rope neatly. Avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. Protect from direct sunlight and long-term storage in high-temperature environments (above 80°C).
(5) During use, employ a stand with a rotating shaft to pay out the rope.
