Investment Section of the Royal Thai Embassy Delegation, Led by Minister-Counsellor Chen An, Visits Hailiya Group for Inspection and Exchange

On October 16th, Mr. Jirapat Methaseth (Chinese name: Chen An), Minister-Counsellor of the Investment Section of the Royal Thai Embassy in China and Director of the Thailand Board of Investment Beijing Office, along with a delegation including Ms. Wang Dailing, Director of the Development Department of the CCPIT Commercial Legal Services Center, visited Hailiya Group for inspection and exchange. They were accompanied by Ms. Cao Xia, Second-Level Researcher from the Legal Affairs Department of the Qingdao CCPIT, and Mr. Zhang Xuming, Chairman of Hailiya Group, during the inspection.

The year 2025 is a crucial year for the Group's "global expansion" strategy. This visit was an important part of the "2025 Investment Thailand Exchange Event" organized by the CCPIT Commercial Legal Services Center. It not only presented new opportunities for the international development of Hailiya Group but also opened a window for understanding the development of Qingdao's manufacturing enterprises within the context of China-Thailand investment cooperation.

During the visit, Chairman Zhang Xuming introduced the Group's R&D achievements in technological innovation to Director Chen An and the delegation, with a key focus on showcasing core products such as the Group's independently developed special ropes and cables, equipment, and safety and emergency response gear. This demonstrated not only the Group's leading position within the industry but also its innovative capabilities in the high-end manufacturing sector.

Director Chen An and the delegation visited key venues including the Group's corporate culture exhibition hall, product exhibition hall, and the Safety and Emergency Education and Training Center, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Group's development history, product technology, and current status of industrial development.

Subsequently, Director Chen An and the delegation proceeded to the Group's International Reception Hall for discussions. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics including Thailand's investment policies, business environment, project implementation, and resource connectivity.

In the future, Hailiya Group will use this event as an opportunity to further implement its "global expansion" strategy and contribute more to promoting the development of Qingdao's foreign trade economy and the friendly relations between China and Thailand.
