Pre- & Post-Finishing Technology:
Utilizing different treatments such as steam, electric, high-temperature & high-pressure, and infrared technologies imparts varying elasticity and stability to the fibers. This results in more uniform yarns, enabling better adaptability of the rope for different application fields.
Waterproofing Technology:
Hydrophobic agents are fully integrated with the fibers, and polymerization reactions occur under high temperature and pressure conditions. This endows the yarn with excellent waterproof properties, granting the rope better wear resistance, water resistance, and dust resistance, thereby increasing its service life.
Integrated Sheath-Core Technology:
Using a melt-adhesive technology, the rope sheath and core are tightly bonded together. This enhances the sheath-core integration while the rope maintains its flexibility.
