Anti-Biofouling Marine Ropes

Anti-biofouling marine rope technology is primarily used in marine fields and deep-sea submersibles. This technology involves spraying coatings onto the ropes to alter their properties. By utilizing bio-resistant metal-based coatings, it achieves resistance to marine organism adhesion. This technology has demonstrated excellent results, with minimal fouling organisms found on the ropes.

The ropes are available in diameters ranging from 6-12 mm, with a breaking strength of 3 to 12 tons. They can be braided from high-quality materials such as Kevlar, Dyneema, and Vectran. These double-braided ropes, featuring specialized coatings and finishes, exhibit superior performance compared to similar rope products.

The R&D capability and management standards of Qingdao Huakai Ocean Technology Co., Ltd. (Hailiya Group) ensure the reliability of all ropes.
