The 2025 GRIMPDAY CHINA International Rope Technology Exchange Competition is set to kick off grandly! From November 16 to 19, elite rope rescue teams from around the world will gather in Shaoguan, Guangdong, to compete for victory through ropes!

Event Introduction
The GRIMPDAY International Rope Technology Exchange Competition, founded in 2006 by the Namur Fire Department of Belgium, stands as one of the world's most professional rope rescue championships and is recognized within the industry as the "Olympics of Rope Rescue." Since its introduction to China in 2019, the competition has aimed to enhance the comprehensive capabilities of Chinese rescue teams in applying rope rescue techniques in complex environments. It serves as a top-tier international platform for rescue professionals from across Asia and various sectors in China to compete and exchange technical expertise.
This edition of the event brings together elite teams from around the globe, including top-tier units such as the Hainaut Fire Department of Belgium, the Ceuta Fire and Rescue Service of Spain, and the Dublin Professional Fire Brigade of Ireland. These exceptional forces will converge to demonstrate their skills and contend in the ultimate showdown!
Official Competition Rope Supplier - Jiaolong
Through years of research and development, Jiaolong's rope rescue equipment has successfully addressed the global challenge of lightweight rescue gear, achieving internationally advanced standards. The equipment has already been deployed in major events such as the National Water Rescue Comprehensive Skills Open Championship (twice) and Shandong Province's "Mission Call · Qilu Sharp Sword 2025" cross-regional earthquake disaster rescue drill. Furthermore, it has been utilized for rope rescue training by dozens of fire rescue teams across China, including the Tian'anmen Fire Rescue Brigade, the Shandong Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps and its sixteen municipal branches, as well as the Xianyang Fire Rescue Brigade.
