Delegation from the Ceuta Autonomous City Fire Service, Spain, Visits Hailiya Group for Study Exchange

On November 28th, Captain Iván García of the Ceuta Autonomous City Fire Service, Spain, Coach Francisco Gómez, and Himo Mohamed, a civil servant of the Spanish National Administration General Directorate, visited Hailiya Group for a study exchange. The group was warmly received by Xu Lianlong, Rotating General Manager and Deputy Director of the Technology Center of Hailiya Group, among others.

The Ceuta Fire and Rescue Team belongs to the Sixth Southern Fire Brigade and is an official, professional rescue force. It has participated and achieved outstanding results in events such as the Seville "Rescue Festival," the Porto Mesmu Competition, and the 2025 GRIMPDAY CHINA International Rope Rescue Technology Exchange. At this GRIMPDAY CHINA competition, Hailiya Group's "Jiaolong" served as the rope supply brand, providing top-quality professional rope rescue equipment for elite teams from around the world, including Ceuta. This visit and exchange represent a deep extension of the connection and empowerment "by rope."

At the beginning of the visit, Deputy Director Xu Lianlong systematically introduced the Group's safety and emergency industry portfolio and technology transformation achievements, highlighting the core technology and application scenarios of the "Jiaolong" rope rescue equipment, as well as the "real-world scenario" rope rescue technical training the company can provide for various rescue situations such as mountain, water, and Ferris wheel rescues.
